Year 5 Poetry

Year 2 Poetry Lessons

The children have been writing their own picture books in class, using literary devices such as rhyme, rhythm, onomapotoeia, alliteration and simile. They are about to start a poetry unit and we combined their prior knowledge with poetry styles to create these poems. Well done, 2N and 2M!
